WHAT IS AMERICAN DANCE PARTY?

Every week, ADP will feature two artists that will perform on the show. The first will be an artist on the rise. Who is new to the business or floating under the radar. The second artist will be an established name in the industry.

They can choose to debut a new song, or create a new special moment with the audience. In the show we will also incorporate packages to show more about these artists and their journeys. We will also have interviews with our hosts to provide an intimate discussion with the artist about their music.

THE DRAMA COMES FROM...

Music television today is only represented through competition. ADP is providing a platform for artists to debut new songs, new renditions, and new avenues of expression for their fans, not for judges.

Every great artist has had their iconic moment, when their work became legendary. Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock or The Beatles on Sullivan. ADP is offering new and old artists the opportunity create these breakout moments that can impact their career forever.

There is no better time for a show like American Dance Party than right now. We are in desperate need of UNITY. Since we can remember, music has been our universal language. It's the way we share our emotions and tell stories.

ADP will combine all the best parts of Variety shows, Talk Shows, and Musical showcases into one. The performances will have similarities to MTV Unplugged with a small intimate stage, but will have a larger pool of genres and popularity. The tone of the show will reflect American Bandstand in the sense of community; creating a place where everyone feels welcomed and represented.

Aesthetically, ADP will feel very relaxed almost as if you were in your favorite bar and your favorite singer got up on stage. It will be very simple color schemes to ensure a blank canvas for each artist to design the space their own way for their performance. The audience itself will be small 200-300 people to keep the intimacy and excitement to be one of few getting to experience it live.
